These terms of service outline the guidelines, expectations, and conditions for commissioning artwork from me. Please ask me for any further clarification.1 General Terms
  i   commissioning me signifies your agreement to the terms of service
  ii  I reserve the right to decline your commission and other requests
  iii extra character only available in full body and cost 30% less
  iv  background only available for thigh_up and full_body
  v   the following themes are not available:
    - irl
    - furry
    - nudity
    - underage
    - heavy gore
    - certain copyrighted entities2 Client Responsibilities
  provide to me the following information:
    - references
    - age and height
    - pose description3 Payment
  i   you have two options for payment method:
    a   down payment of 40USD with remaining amount due upon completion
    b   one-time payment
  ii  I only accept payment in Philippine Pesos ( PHP ) _{//to minimize fees}
  iii payment is done thru PayPal [ [email protected] ] invoices4 Process
  i   upon payment, I will send your queue details
  ii  I will regularly update and request feedback
  iii revisions are allowed and will not incur extra charges _{//if reasonable}
  iv  estimated delivery time may vary depending on my schedule
  v   full amount due must be issued before delivering finished artwork5 Discounts
  i   Ko-Fi supporters receive a discount according to membership tier
  ii  former Patreon supporters receive 10% off discount _{//one-use only}
  iii returning clients receive 15% off discount
  v   all discounts are applied separately6 Refunds and Cancellations
  i   refunds and canncellations are only available if commission has not yet started7 Deliverables

  v   you may NOT resell the artwork wo my consent
